Manufactured in Italy, the Garlando Coperto Competition Coin Operated foosball table’s most striking feature is the playing area completely covered by an anti-break glass to reduce playing noise, keep the playing field clean and, above all, prevent theft of ball and tampering with the game: in a word, it safeguards your income. The Garlando Coperto Competition comes with three bands in red, white and blue. This model is enriched with all the most sophisticated details you can have on a football table, such as the playing field in sand-blasted glass, the anti-skid handles with wood inserts and much more. The cabinet opening is made easier by two gas struts, which support the upper part when lifted, to effect all cash collecting, inspecting and cleaning operations in full safety. The possibility of a highly sophisticated coin validation system can also be added to your foosball table. Features Cabinet constructed from high quality multi-layer plywood coated with plastic laminate. The sturdiness of the materials ustilised is increased by the remarkable thickness – 3cm (1+1/4in) becoming 3.6cm (1+1/2in) in the central band – to create a heavy duty structure for the toughest use. The table structure is kept together by metal plates and brackets fastened by screws and bolts for easy replacing of all parts, even the wooden ones. Slanting legs with remarkable thickness (5cm/2in) for a perfect stability on the ground. High stress resistance machine-trued hollow steel bars – diameter 16mm – coated with anti-rust chromium-plating. The quality of the materials used adds to the thickness of 2.2mm to prevent the bars from bending: they maintain a perfect shape for a long time. Telescopic safety bars provide maximum level of safety. Inside the bar is a smaller diameter bar which glides inside the players bar, whose end does not portrude from the cabinet. This prevents dangerous strikes to childrens’ eyes and face. Bars are fixed to the cabinet by means of nylon ball bearings. The steel roller bearings inside the bearings fixing bars to the cabinet greatly improve the game speed, while reducing the stress for the players’ wrists. One-colour players in plastic material (moplen) representing a stylised human figure, directly moulded onto the bars: they do not move, cannot be displaced and maintain their positions perfectly. Team colours: red and blue. Fully rotating 360 degrees goalkeeper. Wood inserts in handles reduce perspiration and allow a better and more pleasant grip. Playing field in 5mm thick tempered non-reflective sand-blasted glass or plastic laminate playfield with screen printed white lines on a green background reproduce the football ground. New design playfield corners: they slope down perfectly towards the playfield without creating any step. Balls are introduced into the playing field manually through a converyor placed on the cabinet next to the coin mechanism. The system is completely sealed, to prevent ball theft. Goal profiles are coated with an alloy of aluminium and zinc, a very tough material preventing wear and tear: goals do not get ruined after many ball strikes. The cabinet is covered by tempered glass, which reduces the noise of the game and makes any game tampering impossible. The cabinet can be opened to reach the inside. The upper cabinet is lifted effortlessly thanks to two gas struts, which also support the upper cabinet as long as it is lifted: all the operations can be carried out with full safety. Detachable playing field: two locks enable to detach the playing field from the cabinet upper part for easy cleaning and parts replacing. The ball release mechanism is comprised of singularly replaceable parts for easy maintenance.
